1. Controller

2. Data we process

• Account: name, e-mail and sign-in identifier (Google or e-mail).
• Usage: prompts, generation settings, generated videos and thumbnails, credit balance and history.
• Images you upload and Characters you create (name, reference photos and description). They may show other people; in that case you represent that you have their permission (see the Terms of Use).
• Records: date and version of the accepted terms, access logs (IP, date and time, kept for the period required by Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework), security and error logs (may include browser).

3. Real people’s faces and voices

When we offer features that use a real person’s face or voice as a reference, this may involve biometric data, which is sensitive data under the LGPD. In that case we will ask for the specific, prominent consent of the person shown, with a verification done by them, and explain what the data is used for, for how long and how to withdraw. The person may withdraw at any time, and their material is deleted.

If you appear in LOUD Studios content without having given permission, you may request removal and exercise your rights by writing to [email protected], even without an account.

4. Why we use it

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

• To provide the service: sign you in, generate and store your videos, images and Characters, manage credits (performance of contract).
• Security and abuse prevention: prompt and image moderation, usage limits, audit trail, handling reports and keeping access logs (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
• To improve the beta: understand failures and performance (legitimate interest).

5. Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to run the service, processing data on our behalf:

• Clerk (sign-in and accounts).
• Video model providers, directly (BytePlus, by ByteDance) or through OpenRouter: receive the prompt, settings and reference images to generate the video.
• Neon (database) and Cloudflare R2 (video and image storage).
• Sentry (error logging) and Railway (hosting).

6. International transfer

Some of these providers process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States and Asia. In those cases we apply the safeguards provided for in the LGPD.

7. How long we keep it

While your account exists. When you delete it, your name and e-mail are erased and the remaining record becomes anonymous (needed to keep the credit history intact). When you delete a Character or an uploaded image, its files are deleted. Beta videos and prompts may be deleted when the beta ends. Access logs are kept for 6 months (Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework) and security logs for the period required by law.

8. Your rights

You may request confirmation of and access to your data, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).

To delete your account and its personal data, use your avatar menu → "Manage account" → "Delete account".

9. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: sign-in session and language preference. No advertising cookies.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the service.
