LOUD Studios

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Provisional version for the closed beta. The text may change before launch.

These terms govern your use of LOUD Studios during the closed beta. By creating an account and accepting them, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

LOUD Studios is operated by Loud Team Brasil Agenciamento e Negócios Ltda., CNPJ 33.563.931/0001-57, based at Estrada Tenente Marques, 1980, Chácaras Santa Cruz, Santana de Parnaíba/SP, CEP 06528-001 ("LOUD", "we"). Contact: [email protected].

2. Closed beta

Access is by invitation only. The service is being tested: it may have bugs, change without notice, be unavailable or be shut down at any time. Features, limits and prices in this phase are not a commitment for launch.

We may suspend or end anyone’s beta access, especially in case of misuse.

3. Account

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • The account is personal. You are responsible for what happens in it and must keep access secure.
  • You can delete your account at any time: your avatar menu → "Manage account" → "Delete account".

4. Credits

In the beta, credits are granted free of charge for testing. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and may expire or be adjusted when the beta ends. A generation that fails returns the reserved credits.

5. AI-generated videos

  • Videos are created by third-party artificial intelligence models from what you describe. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to existing content.
  • You are responsible for what you create: the prompts, images and references you send and how you use the videos, including when you publish them. LOUD provides the tool; it does not review or approve your content before it is generated.
  • When publishing, disclose that the content is AI-generated whenever the law or the platform requires it, and always when the video shows a real person.
  • Subject to the law and these terms, you may use the videos you generate. We do not guarantee that a video is unique or that it can be protected by copyright.

6. Real people, voices and brands

You may use the likeness, voice or name of a real person, and third-party brands, characters or works, only if you have permission from whoever holds the rights (the person themselves or the owner of the brand or work) for that use. By uploading photos, audio or references and by creating a Character, you represent that you have that permission.

  • Permission is your responsibility. Keep proof of it (for example, the image and voice release or contract) and show it if LOUD asks. Without proof, we may remove the content and restrict account features.
  • If someone complains about your content, you are responsible for it and you will compensate LOUD for the losses and costs it incurs as a result, including legal fees, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Features that use a real person’s face or voice as a reference may require the person themselves to complete a verification (such as a liveness check) and give their consent directly to LOUD. The person may withdraw that consent, after which their material can no longer be used.
  • Even with permission, the following are not allowed: content featuring candidates, parties or officials in a political context, or about elections; sexual or intimate content of a real person; any content with real minors; and content designed to deceive, passing as a genuine recording, or to commit fraud.

7. What is not allowed

Prompts and images may be blocked automatically. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules, and cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.

  • Using real people, voices, brands, characters or third-party works without permission, or impersonating anyone.
  • Sexual content, content involving minors, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment or encouragement of crimes.
  • Disinformation, especially about elections, health or public facts, and misleading content that looks real.
  • Uses prohibited by the policies of the AI model providers the service relies on.
  • Trying to bypass limits, moderation or security, or automating use without permission.

8. Reports and takedown

If content generated on LOUD Studios uses your likeness, voice, brand or work without permission, or breaks these terms, write to [email protected] with the link or a description of the content and, where relevant, proof that you hold the rights. We review these reports with priority and remove what is unlawful.

9. Records, suspension and authorities

  • We record who generated each piece of content, when, and with which text, images and references. These records may be used to establish responsibility, defend the rights of LOUD and third parties, and respond to requests from authorities.
  • If these terms are broken or there is well-founded suspicion of unlawful use, we may remove content, restrict features, and suspend or close the account, without prior notice when the severity or the law requires it.
  • When the law or a court order requires it, we may provide your data and records to the competent authorities and preserve content as evidence.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or results. LOUD provides the tool and is not the author of the content you create. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for losses arising from the use of generated videos, or for the content you create and publish, without prejudice to the duties the law imposes on LOUD as a provider.

If you use the service for professional or business purposes (for example, as an agency, brand or hired creator), LOUD’s total liability to you, for any cause, is limited to the amount you paid LOUD in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants to consumers.

11. Changes, validity and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the service. Electronic acceptance, recorded with date, time and version, is valid proof of your agreement.

If any clause is held invalid, the others remain in force. The clauses on responsibility for content, indemnity and records survive the closing of the account.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil; the courts of Santana de Parnaíba/SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s forum.
